• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - prior request required;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is carried out only at check-out. If the guest requests extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay on the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours beforehand, this information should be sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.
