Ground-floor studio with balcony at Breeze Residence, a beachfront condominium on Bessa Beach in João Pessoa. Modern building with 24-hour front desk, rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, and storage area. Sleeps up to 4 guests (queen bed + 2 auxiliary beds) and offers two tables (indoor and balcony), Smart TV, blackout curtains, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• There is no linen change during the stay. The bedding set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests wish for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay on the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines incurred during their reservation.

• Organization: wardrobe with hangers and an iron, making longer stays easier.
• Private bathroom: features a glass-enclosed shower, mirror, cabinet, and hair dryer, ensuring practicality day-to-day.
• Internet: wi-fi available for work or leisure.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site parking (no reserved spaces and no possibility of reservation). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
