The complex offers pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, game room, coworking space, children's playground, terrace, parking, and 24-hour reception, providing leisure, comfort, and convenience for the whole family.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation by prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen package includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, a linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the information of accompanying guests (full name and tax ID number) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
