• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. Linen replacement can be requested for an extra fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is only performed at check-out. If guests wish for additional cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (covers cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full names and identification numbers of all accompanying guests at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
