For your comfort, the studio accommodates up to 2 guests in an integrated space with a double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, outlets near the bed, a space for dining or working, an equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. The building offers a panoramic pool, gym, coworking space, party room, gourmet areas, shared laundry, mini market, bike storage, pet area, 24-hour reception, and rotating parking.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have the linen changed, you can request it in advance for an additional fee.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you wish to have extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will apply (including both cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and is responsible for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, simplified check-in and check-out, as well as rotating on-site parking (no fixed spots and no reservation possible). To receive access instructions, you must provide your arrival time and the accompanying guests' information (full name and taxpayer ID number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours beforehand, the information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.
