Just minutes from the beach, this studio offers convenience, comfort, and leisure for a complete stay. Accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a queen bed, two extra beds, Smart TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dining or work counter, and partial sea view. The building includes a rooftop pool and lounge, gym, mini market, 24-hour reception, elevator, and rotating parking.

• Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - please request in advance;
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to replace the linen set, this can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is performed only at check-out. If guests want extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (which includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the building and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• Equipped kitchen: integrated and functional, it includes cabinets, minibar, induction cooktop, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sink, countertop, pots, dishes, cutlery, and basic items for meals.
• Bathroom: features a glass shower, mirror, and cabinet, as well as a bidet shower and hairdryer.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and companion information (full name and tax ID) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.
