PROPERTY RULES

1. We remind you that your reservation is for a vacation apartment.
2. Documentation required to register with Carpediem Homes:

a) Responsible for the reservation (Photo or Copy)
- RG or functional class ID + CPF or just CNH Driver's License
- Updated proof of residence
- Phone, E-mail and Profession

b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)
- RG or functional class identity or CNH Driver's License
- Accompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport
- Unaccompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport + Parental Authorization (request model form)

c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)
- DNI / RUT / Passport
- Address, Phone, E-mail and Profession

3. Check-in time after 2 pm and Check-out before 10 am. Outside these hours, consult conditions with our team.
4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the indication of third parties.
5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.
6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (amount according to the reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.
7. Property has ONE parking space.
8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.
9. Respect the quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Subject to a fine - R$ 1,500.00 established by the regulatory body.
10. VISITORS ENTRY is not allowed.
11. Pets are allowed.
12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - BRL 1,000.00.
13. The maximum capacity of the property is 05 guests (including children)
- Children from 0 to 11 years old
- Adults from 12 years old
- It is not possible to include surplus guests.
15. Property and condominium do not have a barbecue.
16. Gas is provided by the property.
18. Condo does not have an elevator.
19. It does not have a washing machine.
20. It has WIFI.
21. It is not allowed to put clothes lying on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00
22. It is not allowed to adorn (beautify) the balconies and windows, nor to move furniture from the place, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00

PEOPLE CAPACITY

Maximum capacity is 05 people, with no additional guests.
Suite 1: double bed + air conditioning
Suite2: double bed + air conditioning
Bedroom: one single bed + air conditioning

PARTY IS PROHIBITED
As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, gatherings, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the departure of the property and consider breach of contract without refunding the amount. paid out;

FEES AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
* Security Deposit - Malfunctions/Breaking of Rules - R$ 400.00
- Deposit reversal up to 72 hours after check-out.

* CLEANING FEE - R$ 140,00
- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed trousseau (bed and bath). Upon departure, we request that the delivery of the property be made under similar conditions.

* Energy Consumption - Use sparingly
Energy is already included in the accommodation price, but we contribute to conscious consumption, so we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your house, check.

CHECK-IN GUIDELINES

*GATEHOUSE/CONDOMINIUM ACCESS

The gatehouse is not open 24 hours. We recommend checking in by 8:00 PM. If this is not possible, please contact our team for further instructions.


*GARAGE PLACE
Property has ONE numbered parking space.
Inform Plate, Model and Color. If you are renting a car, information can be provided on the day of check-in.

SURVEY
The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory so that there are no disagreements.

CHECK OUT PENALTIES AND GUIDELINES

- Failure to take out the trash: R$ 50 per trash can.
- Leave the air conditioning on: R$ 60 per device.
- Smoking inside the apartment: R$200.
- Leave dishes in the sink (no need to dry/store): BRL 80
- If you have a wet trousseau/towel, leave it out.

We kindly ask you not to take any item from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and trousseau.

NOTE: A fine or withholding of the security deposit will be applied if the property is delivered in conditions not favourable.

Did you break or lose something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We will certainly be able to resolve this incident, we only ask that you contact us in these cases. We will then be able to inform you about specific fees and procedures.
