• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early entry or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible upon advance notice and payment of an additional fee.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you want extra cleaning during the stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen exchange).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain in the property, with no rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests must follow condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines incurred during the reservation.

NOTICE

From 11/03/2026, the installation of equipment required for cleaning the building facades will take place, with access made via the rooftop of the property. Services will continue until 12/04/2026, including subsequent removal of equipment and any necessary adjustments.

- Please note that on December 31, the Rooftop, fitness center, and swimming pool will be open until 4 p.m., resuming normal operations on January 1 from 9 a.m. onward.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and identification number). After submitting this information, access instructions will be sent, including door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
