HOUSE RULES

1. We remind you that your reservation is for a vacation home.
2. Documentation required to register with Carpediem Homes:

a) Responsible for the reservation (Photo or Copy)
- RG or functional class ID + CPF or just CNH Driver's License
- Updated proof of residence
- Phone, E-mail and Profession

b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)
- RG or functional class identity or CNH Driver's License
- Accompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport
- Unaccompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport + Parental Authorization (request model form)

c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)
- DNI / RUT / Passport
- Address, Phone, E-mail and Profession


** Guests outside the authorization list will not be allowed.
** The key to the property will only be delivered to the holder of the reservation upon delivery of the contract signed by the holder and presentation of the identification document with photo.

3. Check-in time after 2 pm and Check-out before 12 pm. Outside these hours, consult conditions with our team.
4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the indication of third parties.
5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.
6. Bed and Bath Linens: bed sheets, cover sheets, bath and face towels are provided.
- We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.
7. Use of Garage - Available for 06 vehicles. Inform Plate, Model and Color. If you are renting a car, information can be provided on the day of check-in.
8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.
9. Respect the quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Subject to a fine - BRL 10,000.00 established by the regulatory body.
10. VISITORS ENTRY is not allowed.
11. Pets are allowed upon consultation.
12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - BRL 1,000.00.
13. The maximum capacity of the property is 12 guests (including children)
- Children from 0 to 11 years old
- Adults from 12 years old
14. The barbecue is charcoal. We have skewers, grills and utensils.
- We do not supply coal.
15. Responsibility for replacing cooking gas and mineral water is the responsibility of the lessee.
17. Glass is not allowed in the pool area.
18. The cleaning of the pool is included in the reservation and if you need treatment, the guest must inform our team.
19. It is forbidden to remove any item from the place or change the layout of the rooms or any other environment.




PEOPLE CAPACITY

Maximum capacity in accommodations is 12 people, not being able to add surpluses.

Suite2 pav superior: double bed + single bed + air cond + hot shower
Suite3 superior pav: double bed + single bed + air cond + hot shower
ground floor room: double bed + separate single mattress + air cond

DELIVERY OF THE KEYS
The delivery of the keys and presentation of the property will be made by someone from the team in advance by appointment. Everything will be aligned in pre-check in with our team.

HOMEMADE
Property does not have a caretaker.

PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, gatherings, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the departure of the property and consider breach of contract without refunding the amount. paid out;

FEES AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

* Security Deposit - Breakdowns/Energy/Breaking of Rules - BRL 800.00
Proof of deposit payment must be presented to the support team before entering the property.
- Deposit reversal up to 72 hours after check-out.

*Cleaning Fee - R$320,00
- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed trousseau (bed and bath). Upon departure, we request that the delivery of the property be made under similar conditions.

* Energy Consumption - Use sparingly
Energy is already included in the accommodation price, but we contribute to conscious consumption, so we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your house, check.

PET INFORMATION
Large animals are not allowed, that is, those over 25 kilos and also the Pitbull breed regardless of size. Small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed upon confirmation with our team with possible payment of a fee.

SURVEY
The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry.

CHECK OUT PENALTIES AND GUIDELINES

- Failure to take out the trash: R$ 50 per trash can.
- Leave the air conditioning on: R$ 60 per device.
- Smoking inside the apartment: R$200.
- Leave dishes in the sink (no need to dry/store): BRL 80
- If you have a wet trousseau/towel, leave it out.

We kindly ask you not to take any item from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and trousseau.

NOTE: A fine or withholding of the security deposit will be applied if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
