• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• We do not provide bed linen changes during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have the linen set changed, this can be requested for an additional fee and with advance notice.
• Cleaning included is only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the announcement may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, being responsible for any fines applied during the reservation.

• Bedroom: comfortable and with direct access to the terrace, featuring a double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtain, wardrobe with hangers, and iron.
• Kitchen: fully equipped to add convenience to your stay, including a cooktop, duplex refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sink, countertop, cabinets, pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery.
• Bathroom: functional and well-equipped, with a glass-enclosed shower, mirror, cabinet, and hair dryer.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no reservation possibility). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and accompanying guests' full names and ID numbers at least 72 hours in advance. If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
