The condominium features a pool, gym, playground, rooftop terrace with sea view, coworking area, and meeting rooms, providing convenience and amenities to enjoy your stay in Fortaleza.

• Check-in from 2 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have the linens changed, you can request it in advance for an additional fee.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, a new fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, and are responsible for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• Service area: space with a laundry sink and clothesline, providing more convenience during your stay.
• Suite: features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, fan, blackout curtains, closet with hangers, desk with chair, and a private full bathroom.
• Triple bedroom: equipped with three single beds, one of which is a trundle bed, plus air conditioning and a closet with hangers.
• Guest bathroom: full bathroom to serve the common areas and the second bedroom.
• Additional amenities: the apartment provides a hair dryer and iron.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and ID number). After submitting this information, access instructions will be sent, including door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.
