Vivant - Studio Garden by Carpediem

The 40 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a queen-size bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, balcony with garden and beach views, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Vivant Residence features a rooftop with pool and hot tub, gym, coworking spaces, gourmet areas, mini market, shared laundry, pet area, smart elevators, reception, and a prime seafront location.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, a linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is provided only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (which includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay on the property, with no possibility of turnover or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the building and the neighborhood, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, electric sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, water purifier, dishes, cutlery, pots, and basic utensils for meal preparation.
• Complete bathroom, as well as iron, hairdryer, bed and bath linens, ensuring extra comfort during your stay.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and identification number). After submitting this information, access instructions will be sent, such as door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
