24 m² studio for up to 2 guests, with integrated spaces, double bed, air conditioning, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom with hot water. The building features a rooftop with SkyView pool, panoramic terrace, gourmet area, gym, coworking space, Pet Place and Pet Wash, Smart Delivery, garden, smart elevators, rotating parking, and 24-hour reception for comfort and convenience.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior notice.
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you would like a change of linen, it can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you request extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the stay and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the advertisement may stay on the property, with no guest rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and is responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, 2-burner gas cooktop, microwave, washing machine, electric sandwich maker, blender, along with dishes, cutlery, pans, and essential utensils for daily use.
• Bathroom: fitted with a mirror and hot water shower, ensuring more comfort during your stay.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, streamlined check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no reservation possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full details of all accompanying guests (full name and taxpayer ID) at least 72 hours in advance. If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.

NOTE: Parking access is granted only after check-in at the concierge, located on Rua Real da Torre. The garage entrance is on Rua Padre Anchieta.
