General Access and Stay Rules:

• According to Law No. 8.069/1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute – ECA), guests under 18 years old are not allowed to stay without being accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, except with written authorization notarized by a public notary. For this reason, check-in for minors will only be authorized upon presentation of documentation proving parentage or legal guardianship.
• The condominium has a 24-hour reception and facial recognition access system. All guests must be registered in advance by providing full name, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration), and an official photo ID. Facial registration is carried out at the time of check-in. It is essential to inform the entry and exit dates in advance. In case of a change in the check-out date, the reception must be notified immediately.
• Parties, events, or any kind of loud sound are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 p.m. onwards to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests. Failure to comply may result in warnings and other measures established by the condominium.
• For everyone's safety, glasses, bottles, or any glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. Failure to follow this rule may result in fines imposed by the condominium.
• Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
• Small pets are accepted upon request and prior approval.
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• We do not change bed linens during the stay.

• The building offers 24-hour reception and streamlined check-in/check-out. To receive access instructions, you must provide your arrival time and the full details of all guests (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed. The condominium does not have parking spaces for rental units. There is a private parking lot at Rua César Zama, nº 48, about 190 meters from the accommodation, with payment made directly at the location.
