General Access and Stay Rules:

• According to Law No. 8,069/1990 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent – ECA), accommodation for minors under 18 years old is not permitted unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, except in the case of written authorization with notarized signature. For this reason, check-in for minors will only be allowed upon presentation of documentation proving parental or legal guardianship.
• The condominium has a 24-hour reception and an access system using facial recognition. All guests must be registered in advance by providing their full name, CPF, and an official photo ID. Facial registration is performed at the time of check-in. It is essential to inform your check-in and check-out dates in advance. If the check-out date changes, the front desk must be informed immediately.
• Parties, events, or any type of loud noise are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM onwards to ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being. Failure to comply may result in warnings and other measures as provided by the condominium.
• For everyone’s safety, it is forbidden to use glass cups, bottles, or any glass containers in the pool area. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines imposed by the condominium.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Small pets are allowed, subject to prior request and approval.
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• We do not provide linen changes during your stay.

• The building offers 24-hour reception and streamlined check-in/check-out. To send access instructions, you must provide your arrival time and the full details of all guests (full name and ID number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed. The condominium does not have parking spaces for rental units. There is a private parking lot on Rua César Zama, No. 48, about 190 meters from the accommodation, with payment made directly at the location.
