Stay at Beach Class Rio Vermelho, in one of Salvador's most charming neighborhoods. The condo offers a spa, gym, coworking space, mini market, and other amenities for a complete stay. The flat accommodates up to 4 guests, features a balcony with a side sea view, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, and a space for dining or home office.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional fees.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request;
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linens provided include one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is performed only at check-out. If guests desire extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• Fully equipped and functional kitchen: Outfitted with cabinets, frost free duplex refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, water filter, as well as pots, dishes, and cutlery, offering independence to prepare meals during your stay.
• Balcony with side sea view: A pleasant space equipped with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing, enjoying the view, or having coffee at any time of day.
• Full bathroom: Features a countertop with cabinet, mirror, glass shower, and hairdryer, offering convenience and comfort for guests’ daily routine.
• Additional amenities: The flat provides Wi-Fi, intercom, and a modern, well-designed environment, ideal for both leisure trips and those seeking a comfortable stay during work travels.

**Please note that from November 3 to 10, 2026 (except weekends), between 7 am and 4 pm, maintenance work will be carried out on the pool deck. Initially, the pool will remain available for use, but please be aware of staff presence and take necessary safety precautions. Should any temporary closure be required, all guests will be notified in advance.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no reservation possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and companion details (full name and ID number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
