• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.

The Wai Wai Cumbuco Eco Residence Condominium is located about 40 km from Fortaleza International Airport (approximately 45 minutes by car), with easy access via the CE-090. Free on-site parking is available for guests, ideal for those arriving by car or renting a vehicle. It is also possible to use ride-hailing apps, taxis, or private transfers. Although there are intercity bus options from Fortaleza, they are less practical. The property is well located, with easy access to Cumbuco’s center, restaurants, markets, and shops.
