• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Kitchen: compact and equipped with cabinets, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, pots, dishes, and cutlery, offering convenience for meal preparation.
• Bathroom: includes a cabinet, mirror, bidet shower, hairdryer, and glass shower enclosure.
• Amenities: the studio also features an intercom system.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, simplified check-in and check-out, as well as on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no reservation possible). To receive access instructions, please provide arrival time and the full name and identification number of all guests at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information should be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.

Near the condo, you’ll find the iconic Barra Lighthouse, the Santo Antônio da Barra Fort, Porto da Barra Beach — considered one of the best urban beaches in Brazil — and Barra Beach. The area also offers easy access to Barra Shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, bars, and excellent restaurants. The seafront is perfect for walking, cycling, and enjoying the famous sunset over the Bay of All Saints. It is also the main stage for Salvador’s Carnival circuit.

Atlantic Ocean Barra is located in a strategic area with easy access via the main roads of Salvador. You can reach it by car, taxi, or through ride-hailing apps, which are widely available in the region. The condominium is close to bus stops and just a few minutes from Shopping Barra, making it easy to access other areas of the city. Salvador International Airport (Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães) is about 30 km away, with a travel time between 35 and 45 minutes depending on traffic. Salvador Bus Station is approximately 12 km away, with an estimated travel time between 20 and 30 minutes. Some units offer parking spaces, subject to availability and accommodation features.
