Accommodates up to 4 guests, with a queen bed, sofa bed, and equipped kitchen, ensuring comfort, convenience, and an excellent location in João Pessoa.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is only carried out at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

NOTE: The Way Tambaú condominium charges additional fees for the use of some common areas and items, as follows:

- Gourmet area: R$ 80.00

If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or with less than 72 hours’ notice, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
