• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation, upon prior request.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an extra fee, with advance notice.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new fee will be charged, which includes cleaning and linen replacement.
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the announcement may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines imposed during the reservation.
