This apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and offers 2 bedrooms, including 1 suite, an integrated living room, a gourmet balcony with a panoramic view, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. In a prime seafront location, it is close to beach bars, restaurants, and major attractions in Fortaleza, providing comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable experience.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.
