APARTMENT RULES

1. We remind you that your reservation is for a vacation apartment.
2. Documentation required to register with Carpediem Homes:

a) Responsible for booking (Photo or Copy)
- RG or Class Functional Identity + CPF or just the CNH Driver's License
- Updated proof of residency
- Phone, Email and Profession

b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)
- RG or Class Functional Identity or Driver's License CNH
- Accompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport
- Unaccompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport + Authorization from the Guardian (request model form)

c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)
- DNI / RUT / Passport
- Address, Phone, E-mail and Profession

3. Check-in time after 14:00h and Check-out time until 10:00h. Outside these hours, consult conditions with our team.
4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the referral of third parties.
5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values ​​on request.
6. Bed and Bath linen available for guests (quantity upon reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values ​​on request.
7. Property has 02 (TWO) parking spaces.
8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.
9. Respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Subject to fine - R$ 10,000.00 established by the regulatory body/condominium rules.
10. VISITORS ENTRY IS NOT ALLOWED.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - BRL 1,000.00.
13. The maximum capacity of the property is 06 guests (including children)
- Children from 0 to 11 years old
- Adults from 12 years old
14. Property does NOT have a barbecue, but it does have an airfyer.
15. The opening of the property is done by electronic lock. The password is sent close to check-in time.
16. Gas is supplied by the property.
18. Condominium has an elevator.
19. VgSun has a restaurant;
20. There is no washing machine.
21. The areas for events, such as the Ballroom and other spaces are for the exclusive use of the owners, and cannot be made available to renters. Consult details with our team.
22. It is not allowed to place clothes on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00
23. It is not allowed to adorn (decorate) the balconies and windows, or move furniture in the place, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00
24. The maximum speed of movement in vehicles inside the condominium is 20KM/h, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00


HOURS OF COMMON AREAS
- Swimming pool - Every day from 8 am to 8 pm
- Gym - Arrival order, according to occupancy rules from 8 am to 10 pm
- Sauna - Arrival order, according to occupancy rules 8 am to 10 pm

PEOPLE CAPACITY
Maximum capacity is 06 people. Surpluses are not allowed under any circumstances.
Suite: 1 queen bed + air conditioning
Suite2: 1 queen bed + air conditioning
Living room: double sofa bed + fan


PARTY IS FORBIDDEN
As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the departure of the property and consider breach of contract without refund of the value. paid out;

FEES AND WARRANTY DEPOSIT

* Cleaning Fee - BRL 200,00
- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed trousseau (bed and bath). Upon departure, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.

* Energy Consumption - R$ 0.00 per Kw/h
- If the energy is not included in the reservation, the amount will be deducted from the deposit upon presentation of the photograph of the check-in and check-out clock. We also recommend that the guest read it so that there is no disagreement about consumption.

PET INFORMATION
*Small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed if confirmed by our staff. Large animals are not allowed, i.e. those over 25 kilos and also the Pitbull breed regardless of size.

Property has 02 (TWO) numbered parking spaces.

* ENTRY / ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM
The concierge is 24 hours. Our team sends the necessary information to the concierge. Thus, it is necessary to present the identity to release access.
Wear an ID wristband that is provided by the resort.


SURVEY
The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating an inventory of photos that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory in order to avoid disagreements.


CHECK OUT PENALTIES AND GUIDELINES

- If you have a wet trousseau/towel, leave it extended.

NOTE: A fine or withheld from the security deposit will be applied if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
