The modern building offers a 24-hour front desk, rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, and storage area. The studio is comfortable and well lit, accommodates up to 3 guests (double bed + auxiliary single bed), and features an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dishcloths and floor cloths. If you wish, the linen set can be replaced for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the ad may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.
