The 30 m² Crystal Park Flat accommodates up to four (4) guests comfortably and has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, balcony and an equipped kitchenette to complete your experience. Enjoy Porto das Dunas beach in a practical, cozy apartment designed just for you.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the time of arrival and guest details (full name and CPF). They will then be sent access instructions, such as passwords for the doors and/or parking space information (if available).

The building has on-site rotating parking (parking without a marked space and without the possibility of a reservation).

Porto das Dunas Beach is located about 20 kilometers from Fortaleza and is a great option for those looking for fun without giving up tranquility. The beach offers ideal conditions for swimming and practicing sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing. Buggy rides through the dunes are also a common activity in this paradise. The beachfront has a good infrastructure of bars, restaurants and kiosks where visitors can enjoy the rich local cuisine. In addition, the main street of Porto das Dunas is home to Beach Park, the largest water park in Latin America.
