• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• There is no change of bed linens during the stay. The linens provided include one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested in advance for an extra fee.
• Cleaning included is carried out only at check-out. If extra cleaning is desired during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay on the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
