• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• We do not provide linen changes during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have the linen changed, this can be requested for an additional fee and advance notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, a new fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines applied during the reservation.
