The studio is functional, accommodates up to 2 guests, has an equipped kitchen, comfort, and 24-hour guest support during your stay.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation.
• There is no change of bed linens during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing can stay on the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and the neighborhood, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.
