Accommodates up to 4 guests, with a queen bed facing the sea, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and dining table with a view, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning is included only upon check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of exchanging or rotating guests during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, streamlined check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no reservation available). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full name and ID number (CPF) of all accompanying guests at least 72 hours in advance. If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours beforehand, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.

The beachfront location offers easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and bike path, which are perfect for walks, runs, and bike rides. In the surrounding area, guests will find restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and gyms, as well as being close to RioMar Shopping, one of the city's main shopping centers. The region also provides easy access to the Boa Viagem neighborhood and important business districts of Recife.

Vivant Residence is located on Avenida Boa Viagem, in the Pina neighborhood, one of the city's main roads, with easy access by car or ride-hailing apps. The area offers good bus service and has a bike lane along the seafront. Recife International Airport (REC) is about 10 to 15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic, and the TIP Bus Terminal is approximately 25–30 minutes away. The building is also close to RioMar Shopping Mall, business centers, and a variety of services, making it easy to get around during your stay.
