• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (this includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay on the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation period.
