• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out must be done between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please check availability in advance. This service is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (this includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, and substitutions or rotation during the stay are not permitted.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation period.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and CPF). After submitting this information, access instructions will be sent, including door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or with less than 72 hours’ notice, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
