Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a queen bed and equipped kitchen, providing comfort, convenience, and an excellent location in João Pessoa.

• Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation.
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linens include one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. Linen replacement can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Included cleaning is done only at check-out. If guests wish for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines that may be applied during the reservation.

NOTE: The Way Tambaú condominium charges additional fees for the use of some areas and common items, which are:

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
