Accommodates up to 3 guests, with a queen bed, extra bed, and a full kitchen, offering comfort, convenience, and an excellent location in João Pessoa.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional fees.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no bed linen change during the stay. The linen package includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of turnover or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
