APARTMENT RULES

Please note that your reservation is for a vacation apartment.

Check-in time: after 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 10:00 AM. For different times, please consult our team.

We do not offer room service, nor do we serve meals or breakfast. However, we can recommend service providers.

Daily cleaning is not provided. If you wish to hire this service, it can be arranged. Prices upon request.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided for guests (quantity according to the reservation). We do not replace them during the stay, but this service can be hired separately. Prices upon request.

The property has 1 (one) rotating parking space.

Parties are not allowed in the property or in the condominium’s common areas.

Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music is not allowed at any time. Subject to fines applied by the condominium.

Visitors are not allowed.

Pets are allowed (please check conditions below).

Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Subject to a cleaning fine of R$ 1,000.00.

The maximum capacity of the property is 6 guests (including children):

Children: from 0 to 11 years old

Adults: 12 years old and above

Professional photo shoots using professional cameras are not allowed in the condominium areas.

Gas is provided by the property.

Water, toilet paper, detergent, and sponge are provided only at check-in.

The condominium has an elevator.

The condominium does NOT have a restaurant.

The property has a washing machine.

Event areas (party room, restaurant space, among others) are for owners’ exclusive use and are not available to renters.

Hanging clothes on balcony or window railings is prohibited. Subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

Decorating balconies and windows or moving furniture is not allowed. Subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

The maximum vehicle speed inside the condominium is 20 km/h. Subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

The property does not have a barbecue, but it does have an air fryer.

We use an electronic lock to access the property. The access code will be sent close to check-in time.

The maximum capacity is 6 people. Additional guests are not allowed.

BED ARRANGEMENT

Suite: double bed + air conditioning

Bedroom: two single beds + air conditioning

Living room: double sofa bed + fan

POOL USE

The use of glass bottles and glasses is prohibited throughout the pool area. Disposable items are recommended.

PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED

The maximum number of people must be respected. Under no circumstances will parties, gatherings, birthdays, or similar events be allowed. The management may carry out inspections without prior notice, request the property to be vacated, and consider it a breach of contract, with no refund of amounts paid.

FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security deposit (damages/non-compliance with rules): R$ 0.00

Refund within up to 72 hours after check-out.

Cleaning fee:

Charged for delivering the property clean, organized, and with washed linens. We ask that upon departure the property be left in similar conditions.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION

Energy consumption is included in the accommodation rate. However, we ask for conscious use: use air conditioning only when you are in the room and when necessary. Always make sure it is turned off when leaving.

PET INFORMATION

We accept trained pets with calm behavior. Small and medium-sized animals are allowed upon prior confirmation. Large animals (over 25 kg) or pit bull dogs are not accepted, regardless of size.

CHECK-IN GUIDELINES

Parking space:

The property has 1 (one) rotating parking space.

Concierge/Condominium access:

24-hour concierge. A photo ID is mandatory for access authorization.

INSPECTION

The property will be inspected by our operations team at check-in and check-out, generating a photo inventory attached to the reservation. The inspection may be in person or conducted remotely. The inventory may be requested by our team at any time after check-in. We recommend that guests review the photos to avoid discrepancies.

PENALTIES AND CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES

(We hope we won’t need to apply any of them!)

Not taking out the trash: R$ 50.00 per bin.

Leaving the air conditioner on: R$ 60.00 per unit.

Leaving the barbecue on: R$ 200.00.

Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.00.

Leaving dirty dishes in the sink (no need to dry or store): R$ 80.00.

Wet linens/towels: must be left hanging.

Important:

Do not take any items from the apartment (equipment, decorative objects, or linens).

Note: If the property is returned in unfavorable conditions, a fine will be applied or there will be a deduction from the security deposit.
