The 24 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to two (2) guests and features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, and a compact, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing quick meals and enjoying your stay independently. Modern and cozy, the studio was designed to offer a complete and pleasant stay, combining urban comfort with the charming atmosphere of Barra.
• The building features a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and rotating on-site parking (no designated spots and reservations not possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and information of accompanying guests (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the booking is made on the same day of check-in or with less than 72 hours’ notice, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
