Located in the Meireles neighborhood, steps from the waterfront, the Handicraft Market, restaurants, and services.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

- Beach Class Meireles has an on-site restaurant, offering added convenience for guests. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:30, and lunch is available from 11:30 to 22:00. Prices should be checked directly at the venue.

Note: The building is new and some neighboring units are still being finished. There may be construction noise during business hours, which is temporary and common in newly completed buildings. We appreciate your understanding.

NOTICE

Starting from 11/03/2026, the necessary equipment for facade cleaning of the units will be installed, with access from the rooftop of the property. The services will continue until 12/04/2026, including the subsequent dismantling of the equipment and any necessary adjustments.

We inform you that on December 31, the rooftop, gym, and pool will be open until 4:00 pm, with activities resuming on January 1 from 9:00 am.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in and check-out and one parking space per apartment. To send access instructions, guests must inform the time of arrival and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
