PROPERTY RULES

1. Please remember that your reservation is for a holiday apartment.

2. Documentation required to register with Carpediem Homes:

a) Responsible for booking (Photo or Copy)

- RG or functional class identity + CPF or just the Driver's License CNH

- Updated Proof of Residence

- Phone, Email and Profession

b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)

- RG or functional class identity or Driver's License CNH

- Accompanied Minor - ID or Birth Certificate or Passport

- Unaccompanied Minor - ID or Birth Certificate or Passport + Authorization from the Guardian (request model form)

c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)

- DNI / RUT / Passport

- Address, Phone, Email and Profession

3. Check-in time after 2pm and Check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, check conditions with our team.

4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the recommendation of third parties.

5. We do not carry out daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

7. Property has ONE parking space.

8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.

9. Respect quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Subject to fine - R$ 1,500.00 established by the regulatory body.

10. VISITORS ENTRY IS NOT ALLOWED.

11. Pets are allowed.

12. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00.

13. The maximum capacity of the property is 5 guests (including children)

- Children aged 0 to 11

- Adults from 12 years old

- It is not possible to include extra guests.

15. Property and condominium do not have a barbecue.

16. Gas is supplied by the property.

18. Condominium does not have an elevator.

19. There is no washing machine.

20. It has WIFI.

21. It is not permitted to place clothes hanging on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00

22. It is not allowed to adorn (decorate) balconies and windows, nor move furniture from the premises, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00

PEOPLE CAPACITY

Maximum capacity is 5 people, no additional guests can be added.

Suite1: double bed + air conditioning

Suite2: double bed + air conditioning

Bedroom: one single bed + air conditioning

PARTY IS PROHIBITED

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get-togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the property to leave and consider a breach of contract without refunding the amount. paid out;

FEES AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

* Security Deposit - Damages/Breakage of Rules - R$ 400.00

- Deposit refund up to 72 hours after check-out.

* CLEANING FEE - R$ 140,00

- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed linen (bed and bath). We request upon departure that the property be delivered under similar conditions.

* Energy Consumption - Use sparingly

Energy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscious consumption, which is why we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your house, check it.

They are allowed.

CHECK-IN GUIDELINES

*GATEHOUSE/CONDOMINIUM ACCESS

The gatehouse is not open 24 hours. We recommend checking in by 8:00 PM. If this is not possible, please contact our team for further instructions.

*GARAGE SPACE

Property has ONE numbered parking space.

Enter the license plate, model and color. If you are renting a car, the information can be provided on the day of check-in.

SURVEY

The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating an inventory of photos that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory to avoid any disagreements.

PENALTIES AND CHECK OUT GUIDELINES

We won't need to get to that, right? ;)

- Failing to remove the rubbish: R$50 per bin.

- Leave air conditioning on: R$ 60 per device.

- Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.

- Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry/store): R$ 80

- If you have a wet layette/towel, leave it out.

We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and linen.

NOTE: A fine will be applied or the security deposit will be withheld if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.

WE WILL USE COMMON SENSE!

Did you break or lose something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We can certainly resolve this incident, we only ask that you contact us in these cases. We will then be able to inform you about specific fees and procedures.

- Your feedback about our services is very important.

ATTENTION: No visitors allowed, only the maximum guest capacity.

ATTENTION 2: No guest changes are allowed during the stay. Only the people registered at check-in may remain in the property.
