PROPERTY RULES

1. we remind you that your reservation is for a holiday apartment.

2. Documentation required to register with Carpediem Homes:

a) Person responsible for the booking (Photo or Copy)

- ID or functional class ID + CPF or just the Driver's License CNH

- Up-to-date proof of residence

- Telephone, E-mail and Profession

b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)

- ID card or Driver's License CNH

- Accompanied minor - ID or birth certificate or passport

- Unaccompanied minor - ID or Birth Certificate or Passport + Authorization from Guardian (request model form)

c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)

- DNI / RUT / Passport

- Address, Telephone, E-mail and Profession

3. Check-in time after 2pm and Check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, please check with our team.

4. We don't have room service and we don't serve any kind of meal or breakfast. However, we can help you with third-party recommendations.

5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to booking). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

7. The property has ONE parking space.

8. Parties are not allowed in the property.

9. Respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Subject to a fine - R$ 1,500.00 established by the regulatory body.

10. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN.

11. Pets are allowed.

12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00.

13. The maximum capacity of the property is 05 guests (including children)

- Children from 0 to 11 years old

- Adults aged 12 and over

- It is not possible to include surplus guests.

15. The property and condominium do not have a barbecue.

16. Gas is supplied by the property.

18. Condominium does not have an elevator.

19. No washing machine.

20. It has WIFI.

21. It is not allowed to put clothes out on the balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

22. It is not allowed to decorate the balconies and windows, nor to move furniture from the premises, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

CAPACITY OF PEOPLE

Maximum capacity is 5 people, with no additional guests.

Suite1: double bed + air conditioning

Suite2: double bed + air conditioning

Bedroom: one single bed + air conditioning

NO PARTIES

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get-togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the management company may carry out an unannounced inspection, request that the property be vacated and consider it a breach of contract with no refund of the amount paid;

FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

* Security Deposit - Damages/Breakage of Rules - R$ 400.00

- Refund of security deposit up to 72 hours after checkout.

* CLEANING FEE

- The fee is charged for delivering the property clean, organized and with the linen washed (bed and bath). Upon departure, we ask that the property be delivered in a similar condition.

* Energy consumption - Use sparingly

Energy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscientious consumption, which is why we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your home, check it.

CHECK-IN GUIDELINES

*GATEHOUSE/CONDOMINIUM ACCESS

The gatehouse is not open 24 hours. We recommend checking in by 8:00 PM. If this is not possible, please contact our team for further instructions.

*PARKING SPACE

The property has ONE numbered parking space.

Please provide license plate, model and color. If you are renting a car, the information can be provided on the day of check-in.

SURVEY

The property will be inspected by our operational team at both check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always take place in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after check-in. We recommend that guests analyze the inspection/inventory so that there are no disagreements.

PENALTIES AND CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES

- Failure to take out the garbage: R$ 50 per garbage can.

- Leaving the air conditioning on: R$ 60 per unit.

- Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.

- Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry them): R$ 80

- If you have wet clothes/towels, leave them out.

We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and trousseau.

NOTE: A fine will be applied or the security deposit withheld if the property is delivered in an unfavorable condition.

Broken or lost something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We will certainly be able to resolve the incident, but please contact us in such cases. That way, we can inform you about specific fees and procedures.
